This year, DEVELOP3D Live is being held on 20th March at the Warwick Arts Centre, Warwick University, Coventry, CV4 7AL.

With over 30 exciting speakers, the event is a great way to get hands-on with the latest technology, advance your workflow and network with Industry Professionals. McCoy will share how his company, Hackrod, is striving to redefine the 21st century design process for vehicles by inventing technologies that they feel are required to achieve ‘”design without compromise”.

Weir will be discussing the need to make more out of the current scientific and technological opportunities, as well as highlight the need of a better understanding of people’s lives and jobs in order to ensure that we are designing for the future.

As a Senior Software Engineer at Desktop Metal, Roberts is spearheading a project called Live Parts™ - an experimental technology that explores a new solution to simplify generative design for 3D printing. This advanced software tool aims to offer a new approach to designing for additive manufacturing.

“At HP, Sean is responsible for global Product Development and AEC marketing strategy and programs, and manages global strategic alliances with CAD software and hardware partners. Previously Sean was a product manager focused on 3D graphics and design visualization. Sean holds an MBA from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada.”
